Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: You conduct in-depth market research, identify the relevant decision-makers, and proactively reach out to them (e.g., through social selling or direct outreach).

  • Participation in the Entire Sales Process: From the first contact to contract closure, you support our sales cycle, gain valuable experience in presenting B2B IT security software solutions, and organize product demos.

  • Networking: You build industry connections and thereby create long-term growth opportunities. You also attend client meetings on-site and represent the company at trade fairs and other industry events.

  • Close Team Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from different departments, support the preparation of offers, and contribute to the continuous optimization of processes, including maintaining data in the CRM tool HubSpot.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, first experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Enthusiasm for modern software solutions in the B2B and enterprise sector
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convince others even in challenging conversations
  • Very good command of German and English, combined with a strong technical affinity
